I love being a full-time, professional REALTOR ~ It is my work, my passion and my calling!
I am a catalyst in people’s lives . . . assisting them to their next step. Whether it is a first time home buyer dancing because they found their perfect home . . . or a seller, who we have gone hand-in-hand, preparing and selling their home, attaining their goals, and making way for a new adventure.
I have always lived in and loved the Puget Sound area. I was born & raised in Seattle, yet my family has lived in Pierce County for three generations. Today, I am proud to call University Place my home! And I had fun volunteering for the US Open, held at Chambers Bay, in 2015.
Keeping up with the market as well as important tools to aid my clients is critical to my way of doing business. One way I do that is to employ the mentor ship of a nationally recognized real estate educator and coach. She and her group keeps me at the cutting edge of what is coming next for this ever-changing market, helping my clients keep their goals within reach.
My degree from the University of Washington is in research. Research and statistics usually paints a more truthful picture than what we think and oftentimes what we read and certainly what we perceive emotionally! I rely on that knowledge to lead and advise clients towards strategic decisions. One of my favorite reads is “Moneyball” for that very reason. When you meet with me, be prepared for some laughter and a lot of facts!!
What else am I passionate about? My family, friends and travel! I welcomed a daughter-in-law and her daughter into our family last summer! Soon, I will welcome a new grandson! The picture on the left is my granddaughters Mariah and Emma Grace. We couldn’t quite make it to a pumpkin patch this year . . . so this witch statue had to do as we picked our pumpkins out at Safeway in Portland instead! We had so much fun!
